About The Position

Virio is the AI marketer for enterprise. We help vertical SaaS companies turn LinkedIn into their #1 GTM channel. Virio pairs world-class content engineers with agentic AI research to create brand-safe, ICP-targeted executive content that drives real pipeline, not vanity metrics. Today, we run a done-for-you content engine for B2B executives. Tomorrow, we’re building a fully autonomous AI marketer embedded inside enterprise teams. This is a founding, in-house recruiter role, not a coordination or admin position. You will own recruiting end to end across Content, GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Ops, partnering directly with founders and functional leads to build a world-class team. You are responsible for pipeline quality, candidate experience, and hiring velocity. This role is for someone who thrives in chaos, loves building from zero, and wants real ownership.

  • You have experience recruiting for startups or high-growth companies
  • You are comfortable hiring for senior, ambiguous, or first-of-their-kind roles
  • You know how to assess talent beyond resumes and titles
  • You are proactive, organized, and relentless about follow-through
  • You communicate clearly and directly with candidates and internal teams
  • You care deeply about building strong teams and strong culture
  • You are comfortable with intensity and long hours when needed
  • You want real ownership and accountability, not a narrow scope role

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across all roles, from sourcing to close
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and bar
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates through outbound, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative channels
  • Run first-round screens focused on culture, drive, and early-stage fit
  • Design and iterate on hiring processes, interviews, take-homes, and trials
  • Maintain a tight, organized hiring pipeline with clear ownership and follow-ups
  • Act as the steward of Virio’s culture throughout the hiring process
  • Build recruiting playbooks, scorecards, and systems as we scale
  • Move fast without sacrificing candidate quality or experience
