This Role We’re hiring a Founding Recruiter to build the hiring engine behind Finch. This is our first recruiting hire, and it comes at a moment of fast, high-stakes growth. You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team to source, evaluate, and close top talent across product, engineering, legal ops, growth, and strategy.
