About The Position

At Numeric, recruiting is a foundational discipline — not a support function. Talent sets the ceiling on our ambition. We’re hiring a founding GTM recruiter to own and scale all go-to-market hiring across Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps, and Marketing. You will build the GTM talent engine that fuels the next chapter of Numeric’s growth. You’ll work directly with founders and GTM leadership, run point on our highest-leverage roles, and help architect a world-class recruiting org from day one. If you love to source, close, experiment, and build talent systems from first principles — this is for you. This is an in-person role (SF or NYC, 5 days/week). We believe talent compounds in person.

Requirements

  • Proven Recruiting Expertise: You have experience (3+ years) leading full-cycle recruitment, particularly in fast-growing environments, and can drive strategy and execution for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Highly Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, and you embrace change with a flexible, problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management: You are comfortable partnering with leadership and hiring managers, influencing decisions, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Proactive Sourcing Skills: resourceful in using non-traditional methods to identify and attract candidates who align with the Numeric’s values and goals. Plan, and put in the elbow grease, to strengthen inbound and outbound channels.
  • Exceptional Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: You excel at building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, and you have a high degree of emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Strong organizational skills: maintain focus and ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Ownership-Driven: comfortable working independently, taking ownership of building pipelines, creating processes, and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM recruiting across Sales, Customer Success/Solutions, RevOps, Marketing, and more
  • Proactively source top talent — especially passive candidates in highly competitive markets
  • Partner directly with founders and GTM leaders to define hiring plans and profiles
  • Build a predictable recruiting engine — comp packages, interview loops, scorecards, top-of-funnel systems
  • Craft candidate experience that reflects Numeric’s bar, culture, and velocity
  • Run fast, raise the bar — iterate constantly, experiment with channels, optimize funnels
  • Champion our in-person culture and shape our San Francisco / New York talent presenc
