We’re hiring a founding GTM recruiter to own and scale all go-to-market hiring across Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps, and Marketing. You will build the GTM talent engine that fuels the next chapter of Numeric’s growth. You’ll work directly with founders and GTM leadership, run point on our highest-leverage roles, and help architect a world-class recruiting org from day one. If you love to source, close, experiment, and build talent systems from first principles — this is for you. This is an in-person role (SF or NYC, 5 days/week). We believe talent compounds in person.
