We are reimagining the banking experience from the ground up, and we are looking for a Founding Recruiter who can turn that story into an alluring talent magnet. The Opportunity This is a rare chance to build Glide’s talent function from scratch. You’ll partner directly with the founders and leadership team to design and own our hiring strategy, processes, and employer brand as we scale rapidly across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market roles. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on — setting the vision for how Glide hires while personally driving critical senior and high-impact hires. The work you do will directly shape our culture, velocity, and long-term success.
