About The Position

Santé is the #1 operating system for local retailers. Our platform runs the entire store — point of sale, integrated payments, eCommerce, inventory management, delivery-app integrations, marketing, bookkeeping, and AI Agents — so the owners of liquor, grocery, and convenience stores can compete like the big chains without losing what makes them local. We're building a future where the corner liquor store has better technology than the national retailer: one place for selling to customers everywhere with AI agents that spots slow-moving inventory and creates the promotion to move it. Every feature we ship lands in real stores the same week, and the feedback loop is direct — our customers call us by name. Just two years into the business, Santé is delivering meaningful growth for hundreds of local retailers across the US: Cutting payroll costs by $35 - $50k with agents that handle admin work for store owners Increasing revenue by 10-15% with eCommerce and Marketing agents that drive sales Everyone on our team is the domain expert on the problems they’re responsible for solving. They’re everyday people that you see running your local grocery store or bottle shop. In this role, you will pioneer the content strategy that reaches these entrepreneurs with short form video that connects with them in their language (literally and figuratively). To-date, we’ve maintained consistent 5x growth with no marketing. You are the missing piece to our winning machine that has already cracked the code on product and outbound sales. You will work closely with the Founders on how we show up online with a unique personality that stands out from the sea of sameness in retail tech.

Requirements

Strategic storyteller with a proven track record of producing viral content for brands; B2B or D2C will work here
Experience leading or contributing to content plans at a startup or agency that works with non-traditional brands that are willing to take risks to demand attention online
Natural intuition for how to connect with people regardless of their background or interest
Cares about the craft of editing and videography - always looking to push the boundaries of your best work
Comfort operating with high ownership in a small team where your decisions become the standard

Responsibilities

Shoot short-form, attention-demanding content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and TikTok
Edit video and audio in CapCut, Adobe Premiere or whatever you are fluent in
Iterate on your content strategy and brand voice by tracking the virality of your content. The purpose is for your content to always be seen by as many relevant people as possible
Build a repeatable framework that extends the shelf-life of important assets so that we are always publishing content
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience and Engineering to maintain a cohesive brand and story throughout other types of content: training videos, product launches, webinars, etc.
Leverage analytics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of your content, prioritizing reach, leads and revenue in how we determine impact of your work
