About The Position

Tradepost is building the liquidity infrastructure for the real world, aiming to make everything instantly tradeable. While stocks and crypto can be traded quickly, physical assets like collectibles, watches, and cars take much longer to sell, ship, and settle. Tradepost is bridging this gap, starting with asset classes like sealed Pokémon and sports cards, where they are already achieving over $5M/month in volume. The company is backed by prominent investors and founded by a team with deep personal experience in reselling cards, collectibles, and sneakers. They are seeking a Founding Growth Lead for their Slabs & Singles business who has extensive experience in the card market, ideally as a wholesaler, dealer, vendor, or high-volume buyer/seller. This role will be responsible for building the slabs and singles business from the ground up, connecting various market participants, onboarding key players, and developing scalable growth strategies.

Requirements

• You've been a wholesaler, dealer, vendor, breaker, consignor, or high-volume buyer/seller of cards.
• You understand how inventory is priced, sourced, bought, and moved (PSA, BGS, SGC, raw, graded, modern, vintage, sports, TCG).
• You have a network of dealers, vendors, shops, wholesalers, and collectors.
• You know when a deal makes sense, how to negotiate it, and how to get it across the finish line.
• You are relentless and persistent.
• You have taken risks, built something, or backed something others wouldn't.
• You can connect with and gain respect from a diverse range of people.
• You have years of experience buying, selling, trading, collecting, and thinking about cards.

Responsibilities

• Build Our Slabs & Singles Business: Own the growth of graded and raw cards on Tradepost and help turn it into one of the largest and most liquid markets in the Hobby.
• Onboard the Market: Bring the dealers, wholesalers, vendors, consignors, card shops, and high-volume collectors you already know onto Tradepost.
• Shape the Product: Work directly with our engineering team to shape what we build around how dealers and wholesalers actually operate. You'll help decide what tools we build, how they work, and what these businesses need to succeed on Tradepost.
• Own the Accounts That Matter: Build deep relationships with the largest card sellers in the country and own those accounts end-to-end.
• Turn Your Network Into a Machine: Take the relationships and instincts you've built over years in the Hobby and turn them into a repeatable growth engine that can scale far beyond your personal network.
