About The Position

Veedma is a telehealth practice focused on men's hormonal and sexual health, operating entirely online from intake to ongoing care. As a small, founder-led, AI-native team, we emphasize rapid development and iteration. This role is for a builder who excels at growth, focusing on organic acquisition, partnerships, and leveraging AI tools like Claude Code for building systems and automation. The position is hands-on, requiring a proactive approach to identifying and executing growth experiments across various channels, with a strong emphasis on building scalable systems rather than managing paid media budgets. You will work directly with the founders, a urologist (MD) and an experienced CTO with a background in AI/ML and a successful startup acquisition.

Requirements

  • 7-8+ years in growth, organic acquisition, partnerships, or founding growth roles.
  • Senior, hands-on experience taking a brand from early traction to scale without relying on paid media.
  • Background in healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or supplements brands.
  • Demonstrated daily use of Claude Code for at least 6 months, with a deep understanding of its capabilities for writing skills, integrating MCPs, and composing sub-agents.
  • Proven ability to build and ship tools independently, including scrapers, prompt pipelines, no-code automations, and landing pages, without relying on engineering bottlenecks.
  • Proficiency in basic SQL for data analysis.
  • Thorough knowledge of US marketing regulations for prescription telehealth (FTC truth-in-advertising, HIPAA-adjacent).
  • Ability to write marketing copy directly for various channels.
  • Personal interest in men's health, hormone optimization, sexual health, or longevity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working at DTC telehealth companies like Hims, Ro, Hone, or Maximus.
  • Specific experience in hormone health, men's health, or sexual health.
  • A portfolio (repo, Loom, writeup) showcasing built and shipped automations or growth hacks.

Responsibilities

  • Execute growth experiments across various channels, including referral programs, landing page tests, podcast pitches, and creator outreach.
  • Develop and maintain content engines, community presence, and referral mechanisms.
  • Build and utilize AI tools, scrapers, agents, and internal tools using Claude Code to automate tasks and enable growth strategies.
  • Identify and test new growth channels, such as online communities, podcasts, and creator collaborations, with a 2-4 week prove-or-kill timeframe.
  • Cultivate relationships with creators and communities in the men's health, performance, and longevity space, focusing on peer-to-peer engagement rather than paid partnerships.
  • Develop and refine patient referral systems and loops.
  • Design, write copy for, and test landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Automate routine work through agents written in Claude Code.
  • Write SQL queries for data analysis, including cohort tables and funnel reports.
  • Ensure marketing content and creator briefs are compliant with US regulations for prescription telehealth (FTC truth-in-advertising, HIPAA-adjacent).
