About The Position

Revive Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a mission-driven healthcare technology start-up building the payment intelligence infrastructure powering the future of healthcare reimbursement. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact, well-funded business at an early stage, helping healthcare providers and payors eliminate billions of dollars in payment inefficiencies through modern data infrastructure, analytics, and automation. The company has already secured enterprise, multi-year contracts with customers generating $100M+ in revenue and is now looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help shape both the engineering function and wider company culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong backend focus
  • Strong production experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Experience working within venture-backed start-ups, ideally pre-Series B
  • Background within healthcare, fintech, or data-intensive environments preferred
  • Experience working with complex or unstructured datasets and analytics pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, and modern data pipelines
  • Strong understanding of AWS and Postgres environments
  • High competency using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Someone who enjoys remaining hands-on technically rather than purely managerial

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy production-ready features across the full stack
  • Work across backend systems, frontend applications, infrastructure, integrations, analytics, and architecture
  • Design and work with complex healthcare and payment datasets to surface actionable business insights
  • Build scalable APIs and cloud-native applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams in a highly iterative environment
  • Take ownership of problems end-to-end, including customer-facing challenges and product improvements

Benefits
