About The Position
This is a founding-level engineer role at a YC W25 seed-stage startup focused on building an AI-native platform for defense and aerospace supply chains. The company is modernizing legacy systems with autonomous operations and has achieved 7-figure ARR. The role involves architecting and building full-stack systems from scratch, integrating AI with complex industrial environments, and owning features end-to-end, from database schema design to the frontend. This is a strictly on-site role in San Francisco, with relocation and visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. The environment is described as ambiguous and high-accountability, requiring fast shipping.
Requirements
- Advanced TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with Svelte, React, or Next.js.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (complex queries and optimization).
- A portfolio of shipped work (GitHub, live app, or video demo).
- Ability to architect systems and make technical decisions independently.
- Must be in SF or ready to relocate immediately.
