About The Position

Quander is building the AI company that builds thousands of inventions and companies. We develop AI systems that discover, grow, and scale new ventures, automating the process of invention itself. There are 3 core phases: 1) Hypesonic: scale products and inventions autonomously 2) AI Invention Opportunity Agent: To find market opportunities 3) AI Technology Orchestrator: to work with engineers, designers, manufacturers to build. Our first product is Hypesonic, the AI Growth Engineer. Hypesonic is an autonomous system that designs and scales growth strategies for any product—analyzing markets, learning cultural signals, creating adaptive content, and optimizing performance across channels in real time. Our mission is to accelerate the arc of human progress —and make the best inventions in the world, from anywhere, win. We’ve raised a $3M seed round from a Tier 1 VC fund (Accel Partners) with additional offers from Greylock, Sequoia, General Catalyst, and Bain Capital Ventures. Our team is Stanford alum, ex-Neuralink, ex-IBM, ex-Good American and more. We have paying customers already using the platform to grow faster and smarter. You’ll be joining at the earliest stage to scale a proven foundation.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience building full-stack products from scratch.
• You thrive on greenfield problems and scaling ambitious systems.
• Deep proficiency with Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong foundation in systems design, backend architecture, and API development.
• Curiosity or experience in AI-driven systems, LLMs, multi-agent workflows, or platforms that automate human tasks.
• Excitement about working with the latest foundation and reasoning models to power intelligent agents.
• Passion for building tools that change how humans and AI collaborate to invent, create, and grow.
• Bias for action. You move fast, build fast, and iterate fast.

Responsibilities

• Build the System Where AI Growth Agents Live: Design, develop, and deploy the full-stack infrastructure that powers autonomous agents across the growth stack—from market analysis to content creation and scaling.
• Architect the Agent Operating System: Create the backend systems that allow multiple AI agents to collaborate, execute reliably, and scale across products. You’ll design orchestration layers, event-driven workflows, and data pipelines for continuous learning.
• Engineer the Growth Engine: Develop front-end and generative systems that enable agents to perform creative and analytical tasks: ad generation, market research, video production, and campaign optimization.
• Ship Foundational Products: You’ll own features end-to-end—from 0→1—launching the first tools that power Hypesonic’s autonomous growth engine and directly impact customers and internal invention teams.
• Shape the Technical Vision: Work directly with the founders to make architectural decisions, define the roadmap, and build a culture of engineering and AI excellence from day one.
