Most SDR jobs end when the meeting gets booked. This one starts there. You will hear "no" ten times before you hear "yes," and the "yes" is a 30-minute discovery call with a CFO, CIO, CPO or COO at a Fortune 500 manufacturer, where you run the meeting, present the value proposition, and build the stakeholder map live. The Senior SDRs who win here treat every "no" as a data point and every "yes" as a chair at the table.

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will own outreach into enterprise accounts across manufacturing, retail, CPG, pharma, and healthcare. You will work closely with our Sales team to prospect and build relationships with CFO, CIO, CPO and COO stakeholders, and generate opportunities for the platform that transforms core business processes from human effort into agentic workflows, starting with Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. Our customers are organizations with high process complexity and high transaction volume. You will take a proactive approach, accelerate the sales process, convert leads into qualified opportunities, and consistently hit your targets.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment, ideally selling into manufacturing, industrial, or finance and procurement buyers, with a track record of building stakeholder maps in complex enterprise accounts while consistently exceeding targets.
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, and adapt your style to a CFO, CIO, CPO or COO conversation.
• Handle rejection with resilience and keep your momentum through long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• A team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Enjoy problem-solving and have a natural curiosity that drives you to find creative solutions.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Must already live in the Greater Boston area or be prepared to relocate before your start date.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategic outreach into enterprise accounts through cold calls and personalized messages, engaging CFO, CIO, CPO and COO stakeholders.
• Craft tailored value propositions by understanding the specific pain points of stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Operations and IT in Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Prospect large accounts and build multi-threaded stakeholder maps across Finance, Procurement, Operations, IT and the executive sponsor.
• Run and present in 30-minute discovery calls with C-level stakeholders. You own the meeting, not just the booking.
• Position BLP against point tools and fragmented stacks (OCR, IDP, workflow automation, RPA, copilots) with an end-to-end, exceptions-first narrative.
• Stay ahead of the market by continuously updating your commercial knowledge, analyzing procurement and finance processes, and tracking industry trends in agentic AI and ERP automation.
• Prioritize complex tasks with clients and identify potential bottlenecks to keep things moving forward.
• Own a pipeline generation target and report proactively on progress, risks, and what you need from the organization.
