About The Position

We raised $3M from YC and angels like Aravind (CEO Perplexity) and Rahul Vohra (Superhuman) to build the agentic operating system for the enterprise. We have thousands of agents deployed across scale-up startups and Fortune 500 companies. We have PMF and are doubling revenue every month. And we have far more enterprise inbound than we can handle. About the role We need someone who operates at CTO-level. Someone who can take a vague problem, scope it, build it end-to-end, and ship something that actually provides value. Backend-heavy, AI-native, able to go full stack when needed. No hand-holding. No waiting for specs. You're a full-stack engineer, an AI engineer, and a product engineer in one person. Former founder is a strong plus.

Requirements

• Razor-sharp engineer who solves hard problems fast with the code taste to review PRs at speed without dropping the bar.
• Deep product sense. You build for users, not for code's sake.
• Love Go and care about clean, maintainable code.
• Backend-heavy, but not allergic to frontend.
• Have built AI products, ideally agentic systems or AI coding tools.
• Have built something from scratch: a startup, a side project, a feature that shipped.
• Thrive in ambiguity and don't need a PM to tell you what to build.

Nice To Haves

• Former founder is a strong plus.
• AI research background or experience at an AI coding startup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own large parts of the product end-to-end, from user insight to production.
• Build and improve our agentic systems. Make them more accurate, more reliable, more powerful.
• Work at the frontier of AI engineering: context engineering, tool use, agent architectures.
• Talk to users. Understand their pain. Scope features that actually solve problems.
• Push AI-first development — Claude Code, coding agents, automation.
• Review code fast and maintain a high bar across the codebase.
