About The Position

As a Founding Engineer, you'll help build our agentic marketing/creative platform and the core infrastructure that powers it. This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect and ship the foundational systems (data pipelines, ML infrastructure, services, and user experiences). You'll own major technical decisions, and shape both the product and engineering culture. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's vision. You will help define what we build and how we build it.

Responsibilities

Architect and build core data infrastructure for ingesting, processing, and analyzing multi-source marketing data at scale
Craft delightful user experiences that scale with context
Build ML pipelines for creative analysis, competitor intelligence, and performance optimization
Own technical decisions across the stack, making smart tradeoffs between speed and scalability
Ship constantly. Move fast, iterate quickly, and maintain high code quality
Be the voice of engineering in product and business decisions
