About The Position
We're building the AI research desk for hedge funds. We host conversations that drive public markets—connecting portfolio managers and analysts who manage billions to share insights on the companies they know best. Trata is backed by Y Combinator, FCVC (higher unicorn rate than YC and Sequoia), Walter Kortschak (prev. CIO of SignalFire, Managing Partner at Summit Partners), Pioneer Fund, Seaplane Ventures, and 10+ hedge funds.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience (though what you've built matters more than years)
- Shipped something—side projects, startups, whatever. We want to see that you can take something from zero to one
- Strong fundamentals, fast learner—you pick up new tools and technologies quickly
- Good judgment on when to move fast and iterate vs. when to get it right from day one
- Scrappy, autonomous, high standards for yourself and your work
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end—from idea to shipped and in customers' hands.
- Ship code on day one.
- Work directly with the CEO, CTO, and every team member.
