About The Position

We are building an AI-native SEO platform designed for the new era of AI-driven commerce. As AI assistants increasingly replace traditional search, brands need tools to: Track how their products appear across AI engines; Optimize product data and content for AI recommendations ; Enable seamless AI-native checkout flows. The company is seed-stage, backed by a top-tier accelerator, with live paying customers and strong inbound demand. Runway exceeds two years. This is an early-stage opportunity with real traction and strong market timing. The market is moving fast and still undefined. That ambiguity is the opportunity. You must thrive in environments where specs evolve weekly and velocity matters.

Requirements

• 5 years at a high-signal, fast-moving company (Series A/B or equivalent)
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js proficiency
• Full-stack capability (React, Next.js, Express)
• Production experience with AI agents or LLM APIs
• High agency and resilience in ambiguous environments
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

Nice To Haves

• Postgres, Redis, async job systems
• Browser automation and scraping
• Observability and production monitoring
• MCP servers or workflow infrastructure
• Ecommerce / retail / attribution systems
• Experience building products that integrate with AI agents

Responsibilities

• Full-stack ownership (frontend + backend)
• Revenue-linked incrementality and attribution systems for ecommerce brands
• Browser orchestration and retrieval infrastructure
• AI agents and emerging commerce integrations
• Production reliability (queues, retries, observability)
• Engineering culture and architectural direction
• Ship wherever leverage is highest
• Shape what gets built
• Shape how it gets built
• Shape what gets prioritized
• Shape how architecture evolves
• Build AI-agent-powered product surfaces
• Develop and scale retrieval and orchestration systems
• Implement reliable async systems (queues, retries)
• Work directly with customers to ship high-impact features
• Design and evolve production-grade architecture
• Adapt product to emerging agentic commerce protocols
