We are looking to bring on a product engineer that wants to build a delightful tool that people love. We’re a small team that moves quickly while keeping a high quality bar. We’re looking for someone who is excited about taking ownership of large parts of Clarity’s product and user experience. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, optimistic, and has a deep-rooted desire to build something great (and to have fun while doing it).

Responsibilities
- Drive the development of product experiences end-to-end
- Work closely with Mital, our amazing product designer, to build a world-class UX
- Obsess over the small things that are required to make something truly great
- Identify and drive improvements to the product
- Autonomously make smart product decisions while building with ambiguous specs
- Contribute to Clarity’s frontend infrastructure
- Build abstractions and clean interfaces to allow the entire team to contribute effectively
- Build and own Clarity’s design system
- Ensure peak performance, reliability, and monitoring on the application surface
- Jump in to support customers as they run into issues and make requests
- Join sales calls and help onboard new customers
- Push Clarity towards the frontier of how generative AI can power intuitive and useful UX
- Experiment with the new technology and help brainstorm ways to use it to solve our customer’s problems
