The Role: You'll be the technical architect behind customer success, designing and implementing zero-defect system configurations that translate messy, real-world operations into precise software logic. Requirements

BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field
Strong programming fundamentals (Python, SQL, APIs, data structures)
You learn systems fast and architect elegant solutions to messy problems

NYC-based and excited about in-office collaboration in a high-intensity environment

Responsibilities

Engineer zero-defect implementations: Deeply understand business logic and configure systems that integrate seamlessly with complex operations. Proactively solve edge cases before they become escalations.
Drive technical excellence: Write precise documentation, collaborate with engineering to surface product gaps, and inform roadmap decisions with real-world customer data.
