About The Position

Success Academy is seeking a results-driven Founding Elementary Visual Arts Teacher to establish and lead an exemplary visual arts program grounded in artistic excellence, technical skill, historical understanding, and creative expression. The role also includes engaging families, building connections with local arts organizations, collaborating with other visual arts educators across the network, participating in professional development, applying feedback, and continuously refining curriculum and instruction. The position follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM when the after-school club is in session. When it is not in session, Visual Arts Teachers’ schedules align with academic teachers. The position is not bonus eligible.
