About The Position
Phoebe is modernizing America's home healthcare infrastructure. This is the coordination layer for one of the largest labor markets in the country. What you'll do Own the user experience across our core operations product and upcoming mobile talent agent Create software that feels great to use Work in fast, iterative cycles Talk to customers, run UX audits, and turn feedback into shipped improvements Translate our core principles into product: Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate Quality matters. Your work stands on its own
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product design
- Designed production software that real people use
- Strong aesthetic instincts and can articulate what makes design good or bad
- Notice UX everywhere - good and bad - in your daily life
- Have a portfolio you're proud of
