About The Position

Rolling Suds of Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced commercial sales professional to drive growth in the commercial exterior cleaning sector in Los Angeles. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earnings, offering the opportunity to build a book of business, develop long-term client relationships, and earn substantial commissions. The company provides a fast-growing brand, paid onboarding and training, access to a prospect database, established relationships, an operational team for fulfillment, business development expense reimbursement, and sales tools. This role is for a proactive, resourceful individual comfortable with consistent outreach and relationship building, not for someone expecting leads to be handed to them or needing constant direction. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B outside sales, a hunter mentality, is comfortable with cold outreach, has strong in-person communication skills, and ideally possesses existing commercial relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
  • Conduct in-person drop-ins and site visits
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, asset managers, and ownership groups
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and relationship development
  • Identify cleaning opportunities across commercial properties
  • Scope opportunities, develop proposals, and close profitable commercial accounts with support from leadership on larger or more complex projects
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and renewals
  • Collaborate with leadership on larger strategic accounts
