PressW is redefining how businesses harness AI by building real systems for real clients. We are a team of three exited AI founders and a group of Applied AI Engineers based in Austin. We have shipped over 70 production AI solutions for more than 40 clients across seven industries, delivering over $50M in measurable profit gains. We operate at the forefront of AI capabilities, guiding clients to optimal solutions and deploying the necessary infrastructure. Our sales efforts are structured across three divisions: Managed AI (an MSP for institutional investors like private equity firms, venture capital funds, asset managers, and capital markets clients, deploying custom agents into workflows), AI Engineering (embedding teams to build and harden production AI systems), and AI Transformation (handling roadmap and readiness work). As the founding Account Executive, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for closing new logos across all three divisions. You will also establish the sales motion for future hires. While inbound leads exist, a significant portion of pipeline generation will be your responsibility, prospecting into private equity firms, VC funds, asset managers, and mid-market/enterprise buyers in capital markets, technology, services, and industrial sectors. You will act as the deal quarterback, with solutions architects and engineers supporting your efforts, but you will own the relationship and drive the sales cycle to close. The role involves selling bespoke solutions where buyers make significant organizational decisions, leading to larger deals and more in-depth conversations.
