About The Position

As a foundational member of the Account Executive team, your overarching objective is to drive company revenue growth through net new customer acquisition. TMA Performance is the global leader in helping organizations improve employee experience. We offer a comprehensive suite of solutions, including employee surveys, feedback technology, and consulting services, to empower organizations to listen, understand, and act on their employee feedback.

Requirements

• Earned a Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools
• Highly motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and offer customized solutions
• Experience closing complex, consultative deals
• You can travel as needed
• You have 4+ years of sales experience
• You have at least 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS

Responsibilities

• Sell the TMA Performance platform and become trusted advisors to C-Suite, Director, and VP level leaders
• Engage with clients at all points of the sales cycle - including prospecting, product demonstrations, on-site presentations, through close
• Drive net-new revenue growth through new logo acquisition
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
• Leverage CRM, sales tools and marketing automation to maximize efficiency
• Educate clients on packages and options applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
• Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and create reliable forecasts
