About The Position

Vocca is seeking a Founding Account Executive to launch and scale its US revenue engine. This role involves owning the full sales cycle end-to-end, with a primary focus on healthcare groups and multi-site provider organizations. The product is an AI voice agent designed to improve patient-provider communication by instantly answering calls, scheduling appointments, triaging urgency, and reducing missed calls. This production-ready solution is already trusted by over 3500 providers and delivers tangible outcomes such as higher appointment capture, lower call abandonment, reduced front-desk overload, and an improved patient experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (SDR, AE, BizDev), ideally with full-cycle closing.
  • Ability to run discovery, demos, and negotiation with rigor.
  • Ability to close mid-market to enterprise deals.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales (calls, email, LinkedIn) and creating pipeline from scratch.
  • Thrive in a startup environment: fast, demanding, iterative, high ownership.
  • Enjoy being close to customers and turning feedback into execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into healthcare provider organizations (multi-site groups, MSOs, DSOs, health systems) or adjacent health tech.
  • Experience navigating security/compliance and integration stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools like Attio, Notion, Slack, Apollo (or equivalent).
  • Existing network in US healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, focusing on healthcare groups and multi-site provider organizations.
  • Become fluent in product, ICP, positioning, and the US buying process for groups.
  • Run outbound sequences, discovery calls, and demos.
  • Coordinate with Ops to onboard US customers, including kickoff, setup, training, and go-live.
  • Close initial deals and document learnings.
  • Build a consistent pipeline with active opportunities across stages.
  • Create and iterate US-ready messaging, call scripts, and email/LinkedIn sequences.
  • Coordinate with Ops and Product teams for smooth deployments and strong early outcomes.
  • Bring back field insights to shape product and roadmap.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals for healthcare groups.
  • Help define the US sales playbook, including ICP, MEDDICC-style process, pricing/packaging, ROI story, and procurement.
  • Own strategic accounts end-to-end, including expansion and renewals.
  • Contribute to scaling the team through interviewing, onboarding, and coaching.
