About The Position

Support foundation repair, concrete leveling, basement waterproofing, crawl space, excavation, and structural stabilization projects for residential, commercial, and institutional properties. Work alongside an experienced crew to complete physically demanding construction projects safely while learning foundation repair systems, equipment operation, and waterproofing methods.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work.
  • Lift and carry 75–100+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Perform demanding physical labor in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and dig.
  • Work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and confined areas.
  • Safely operate jackhammers, power tools, and construction equipment.
  • Stand, walk, and work on uneven ground for extended periods.
  • Maintain the strength, balance, stamina, and coordination needed for heavy construction work.
  • Climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs while carrying tools and materials.
  • Tolerate dirt, dust, mud, moisture, loud noise, and extreme temperatures.
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in construction, foundation repair, concrete leveling, waterproofing, or welding is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with foundation repair, concrete leveling, waterproofing, crawl space, and structural stabilization projects.
  • Help with excavation, digging, material handling, lifting, and overall jobsite preparation.
  • Support the installation of push piers, helical piers, foundation supports, drainage systems, sump pumps, encapsulation systems, and waterproofing products.
  • Perform work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and other confined work areas beneath homes and structures.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, jackhammers, and assist with equipment setup, operation, and site cleanup.
  • Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Work closely with experienced foremen and crew members while learning foundation repair procedures and safe work practices.
  • Maintain professional communication with coworkers, supervisors, and customers on the jobsite.
