- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three months automotive industry work experience
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Must be able to wear required uniform and required safety equipment (both provided by the company).

- Ability to repair machines or systems using the needed tools.
- Determine causes of operating errors and decide what to do about it.
- Control operations of equipment or systems.
- Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Consider relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work station as well as maintain the general shop area.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Support technicians with vehicle maintenance and minor repairs
- Perform safety inspections and basic services
- Keep accurate records of work completed
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Attend training sessions and stay current on manufacturer updates
- Handle tools and equipment responsibly
- Communicate with service staff about additional work or delays
