Responsibilities
- Repairing leaks in walls and floors to ensure a dry, safe basement.
- Using injection processes to stop water infiltration and maintaining or replacing sump pumps.
- Applying waterproofing materials to residential and multi-family buildings to prevent leaks and mold growth.
- Waterproofing schools, hospitals, stadiums, and other commercial buildings.
- Protecting driveways from cracking and damage caused by salt and other chemicals.
- Preventing the need for tear-outs and replacements on stairways, sidewalks, and driveways by lifting and leveling concrete surfaces.
- Waterproofing and repairing crawlspaces to protect against moisture and structural damage.
- Installing piers to prevent foundation settling or bowing, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
