About The Position

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company. This role is for a Foundation Room Concierge at the House of Blues Chicago. The concierge will be responsible for fielding incoming telephone calls for the Foundation Sales department, maintaining departmental files, updating and maintaining the membership database, generating membership reports, and handling membership mailings. The role also involves accurately and expeditiously coordinating ticket, retail, and dinner reservation requests, offering additional concierge services to members (such as hotel or other venue reservations, or show tickets at other venues), and assisting in coordinating quarterly member events.

Requirements

Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
Skills in interpersonal communication and teamwork
Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
Time management skills
High School Diploma
Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
