A growing nonprofit is looking for a Foundation & Legacy Giving Manager to join its Major Gifts team. This role sits at the intersection of donor relations and research, managing outreach to foundations and individuals interested in legacy giving while keeping all materials and tracking systems sharp and current. Responsibilities

• Manage regular mailings for foundation outreach and legacy giving programs
• Conduct outreach to foundations and prospective donors
• Follow up with individuals interested in learning more about legacy giving, wills, and estate planning
• Coordinate and maintain foundation and legacy giving materials, including letters, brochures, presentations, and follow-up resources
• Ensure all program materials are accurate, organized, and up to date
• Track outreach efforts, donor interactions, research findings, and follow-up activities
• Build relationships with foundations and individuals interested in supporting the organization through grants or legacy gifts
• Research foundations, donors, and prospects to identify new opportunities
• Support the Major Gifts team with administrative and relationship-management initiatives
