About The Position
Custom Concrete has been creating foundations for the finest homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities throughout Central Indiana since 1969. Builders, contractors, and homeowners depend on our expertise because so much depends on getting it right. We go the extra mile—codes don’t drive our business, excellence does. We are seeking hard-working, dedicated individuals to join our team as Foundation Crew Members at our new Edinburgh location. This role is hands-on and involves a variety of tasks related to building residential foundations, including footings, walls, and slabs. No experience? No problem—we’re willing to train the right candidates!
Requirements
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor and lift up to 100 lbs.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor on residential foundation projects.
- Build, erect, and align forms for footings and walls.
- Measure, cut, and install wood boards and aluminum forms.
- Place and secure reinforcing rebar.
- Assist with pouring and leveling concrete.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, mud).
