About The Position

The Foster Parent Engagement Partner is a member of CK Family Services’ Marketing & Communications team. The role engages prospective foster parents, converts qualified individuals into Foster Parent Candidate Homes, and guides candidate homes through the verification journey with ongoing support, engagement, and advocacy. The position helps develop the volunteer frontline workforce needed to deliver foster parenting services. The Engagement Partner helps candidate homes understand foster parenting requirements, responsibilities, and expectations; strengthens their readiness and capability; and sustains progress toward verification. The role collaborates with administrative and verification team members to reduce unnecessary delays and inefficiency. Success is measured in part by completed candidate-home applications, candidate progression through verification, and newly verified foster beds. The position is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and works primarily from home or the employee’s location within the metroplex. Shared workspace is available at three DFW locations for optional use and occasional business needs; there is no dedicated office or permanent workstation. Office attendance is required as needed for meetings, training, or other business purposes. Local travel is required as needed. This is a salaried position funded for a 40-hour work week. Primary availability is generally during traditional business hours, with flexibility for evenings and other nontraditional hours as candidate availability, meetings, events, and position demands require.
