About The Position

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join their dedicated team. This role involves supporting children and families, ensuring children thrive in safe and nurturing environments. The position requires teaching essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. The Foster Care Worker will collaborate with foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both the families and the children in their care. Comprehensive training is provided.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a human service field when supervised by a professional holding a master’s level qualification, or a master’s degree in social work or a related discipline if such supervision is not available.
Compassionate and eager to learn.

Strong commitment to advocating for children and families and fostering their growth and well-being.
