About The Position

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to support children and families and help ensure children thrive in safe, nurturing environments. The role includes teaching children skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication. The worker collaborates with foster parents on training, licensing, and ongoing support for families and the children in their care. Comprehensive training is provided. Hybrid work options are available to employees residing in or around the Omaha area. The stated average hourly rate is $21.83, including wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and at least two years of experience in the human services field, or a master's degree in a human services field.
• Complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.
