About The Position

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Forwarding Account Representative to join their SCM division in Dallas, Texas. This role is responsible for assisting Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with their network of contracted agents. This is not a collections or sales job, but involves regular communication with banks and agents. The position requires the ability to use multiple computer monitors, handle inbound/outbound calls, and possess entry-level data entry skills. It is an office-based position, not remote, requiring full-time commitment.

Requirements

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to multi-task and stay organized.
Ability to use multiple computer monitors.
Handle inbound/outbound calls.
Entry-level data entry skills.
Strong computer skills and internet savvy.
Experience using Google Suite applications.
Strong communication skills fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Reliable transportation to and from work.
2 years customer service in a call center environment.
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

Assisting Banks & Finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents.
Regular communication with banks and agents in the field.
Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, people location software.
Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software).
Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities.
Manage the repossession process for bank clients.
Work closely with bank employees.
Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues.
Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email.
Strong attention to detail.
