About The Position
Lance (YC W26) builds AI agents that run hotel operations. Reception, sales, housekeeping. We're one of YC's fastest growing companies, scaling to $2.2M contracted. This role deploys and builds. You put Lance into live hotels, make it work on their actual software, and ship the fix yourself when it breaks. SWE titles are good. Operators who can build are better. Not a support job. Not Member of Technical Staff.
Requirements
- 1+ years shipping software or deploying it for real customers.
- Can write code and talk to a GM without a translator.
- US authorized.
Responsibilities
