About The Position

We are seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) - the tip of the spear for deploying AI-native solutions into live client environments. Working at the intersection of engineering, product, and client engagement, you’ll turn ambiguous business problems into working, Echo-powered solutions that drive measurable outcomes. FDEs aren’t traditional developers - they’re builders, problem solvers, and operators who embed with client teams to rapidly design, deploy, and scale AI-driven capabilities across real workflows, then stay to make them stick. They model and create organisational value capabilities, structures and maps to optimise transformation and change, operational value delivery and a rationalised and sustainable IT.
