Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer, New Graduate
About The Position
A Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer (FDSE) combines software engineering, solution architecture, and customer problem-solving into one role. Instead of working only from a product backlog, you'll work alongside customers to understand how their business operates, identify technical challenges, and help build solutions that create measurable business impact. You'll learn how software, payments, APIs, data, finance, and business operations come together to solve real-world problems. No two projects are exactly the same—which means you'll constantly learn, grow, and be challenged.
Requirements
- Completing or have recently completed a degree or diploma in areas such as: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, Physics, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience programming in at least one modern language
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with Git
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or web applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Build production software and customer solutions
- Design and develop API integrations
- Connect payment, CRM, ERP, and accounting systems
- Automate manual business processes
