As our Forward Deployed Process Specialist, you will help translate defined business requirements into implementation artifacts and draft future-state process flows and configuration documentation. Every day you will partner with Process Engineers and cross functional teams to support end to end delivery of assigned use cases. To thrive in this role, you must have strong critical thinking and solution design skills. Here’s what you will experience working as a Forward Deployed Process Specialist: Support current-state assessments by gathering SOPs, documenting workflows, and assisting with process mapping. Support senior consultants in preparing implementation plans, stakeholder updates, and deployment materials. Assist with development of end-user training materials and change management support to drive adoption. Maintain implementation trackers, issue logs, and supporting documentation during go-live and stabilization. Support KPI and SLA tracking by maintaining reporting artifacts and escalating issues for resolution. Participate in post implementation reviews and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, enterprise software, or implementation support.
  • Strong problem-solving and solution design skills.
  • Ability to translate operational needs into executable delivery plans.
  • Stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration.
  • Comfort working with data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools.
