Our engineers apply proven, repeatable software, technical, and analytical approaches to build solutions and have frequent interaction with end users to produce and deploy solutions. We bring experience in building, integrating and deploying AI/ML solutions using Google TensorFlow, Python scikit-learn, and other tools. Black Cape’s approach to solution development combines lessons learned from developing and deploying applications to customer cloud environments with industry best practices in Agile development and DevOps.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Willing to get a CI Poly.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience with key intelligence systems in the TS / SCI environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in any intelligence discipline (e.g. MASINT, SIGINT), preferably All-Source.
  • In depth knowledge of Intelligence collections and priorities.
  • Basic fundamentals of Intelligence writing, the Intelligence Analysis Cycle.
  • Firm understanding Intelligence reporting procedures.
  • Strong briefing and public speaking skills.
  • Mastery of basic Office tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Previous experience working with software development teams in any capacity.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with a programming language (e.g. Python) and/or programming concepts.
  • Background working with Object-Based Intelligence.
  • Background communicating to senior stakeholders in a classified environment.
  • Previous experience working order of battle.
  • Experience in Intelligence operations and dynamic targeting(watch officer)(or Targeteer).
  • Experience with blue force tracking and military force disposition.
  • Curriculum building and ability to teach to terminal learning objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the next generation of object-based intelligence globally.
  • Change the current landscape of tools available to other analysts globally and help make sense of an ever-changing world.
  • Tackle problems around operational readiness and disposition.
  • Work with technical teams.
  • Effectively communicate ideas about how to utilize the system we’re building to other analysts, senior stakeholders, and other parties.
  • Help build training materials in conjunction with the technical team.
  • Create cloud-native web applications, advanced data analysis tools, and new machine learning capabilities.
