About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years combined experience in industry and technology, including direct functional roles in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Nutrition, HR, or Legal.
• Demonstrated success owning and driving business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on expertise in AI/GenAI: LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and AI agent design (LangChain, Crew AI, AutoGen).
• Strong data and analytics skills: SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and BI tooling.
• Proficiency with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP; containerization with Docker/Kubernetes; API design and integration; and enterprise security.
• Expert-level Python and at least one additional language; full-stack engineering comfort a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SAP, Salesforce, or similar).
• Proven ability to communicate fluently with both technical teams and executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Nutrition, HR/SuccessFactors, or Legal/Contracts business domains.
• Background in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
• Advanced understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud system platforms.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business leaders to define, architect, and deploy AI-first solutions—including LLM agents, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation.
• Lead end-to-end solution engagements, from problem discovery through build, deployment, and measurable value delivery, in 90 days or less.
• Translate strategic business problems into actionable technical requirements and iterate rapidly in sprint mode.
• Build prototypes, gather user feedback, and ruthlessly prioritize features to maximize business impact.
• Serve as a trusted advisor—bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders with credibility and clarity.
• Leverage your domain expertise in industries such as Finance, Supply Chain, Nutrition, HR/SuccessFactors, or Legal/Contracts to challenge assumptions and drive adoption.
• Develop replicable playbooks and scalable frameworks for cross-domain transformation.
