Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer
About The Position
This role focuses on the end-to-end delivery of healthcare implementations on Palantir. The engineer will be responsible for integrating and standardizing healthcare data from multiple sources, designing scalable and reliable data pipelines and products. They will also prototype solutions based on business requirements, iterate based on clinical feedback, deploy production systems in live healthcare environments, and provide debugging and support across data, backend, and application layers. Ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy and security requirements, such as HIPAA, is also a key aspect of the role.
Requirements
- Experience with Palantir
- Experience in healthcare data integration and standardization
- Experience designing data pipelines and data products
- Experience with prototyping and iterating based on feedback
- Experience deploying production systems
- Experience debugging and supporting systems across data, backend, and application layers
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy and security requirements (HIPAA-aligned)
