About The Position

The Forward Deployed Engineer works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, software engineering, data, product, and customer success to build and deploy enterprise AI solutions. The role owns customer AI projects from initial discovery and solution design through production deployment and ongoing improvement, partnering directly with customers and multidisciplinary teams to turn complex business challenges into scalable solutions with measurable business outcomes. The position is 100% remote and full-time.

Requirements

• Python and software engineering skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data platforms.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Knowledge of data engineering and analytics.
• Knowledge of enterprise application architecture.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, Microsoft technologies, data lakes, CRM, or ERP systems.
• Background in Forward Deployed Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own customer AI use cases end-to-end, from discovery and solution design to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Build enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, analytics, and workflow automation.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Security teams.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure production reliability.
• Drive customer adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
