Forward Deployed Engineer
About The Position
As a Consultant I - Forward Deployed Engineer, you will write the code, debug the integrations, and stay close enough to the customer’s data and systems to turn a promising prototype into something dependable. We will count on you to blend deep technical craft with the consultative instinct to translate a business problem into a working solution, and the resilience to navigate the data-readiness, integration, and state management challenges of our clients. Along the way, you will get to embed directly within customer environments to design, code, and deploy bespoke agentic and generative AI solutions, carrying them from prototype through to production grade reality. You will resolve the production-level obstacles—data readiness, integration complexity, and state management—that stand between a compelling demo and an enterprise-grade system. You will also establish code standards, architectural best practices, and benchmarks that hold delivery to a consistently high bar across engagements, and architect AI solutions within customer infrastructure so that data sovereignty, secure governance, and observability are designed in from the start rather than bolted on later. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience in AI, cloud computing or a technical, customer-facing role, with a track record of hands-on software delivery.
- Strong programming ability
- Experience developing AI and generative AI solutions, including multi-agent workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
