About The Position

We're assisting a well funded startup in the deterministic AI space with their search for FDEs. Their platform allows finance and accounting teams to run leaner by building AI systems that do a company’s hardest work and prove it was done correctly, so people can finally come out of the loop.

Requirements

• You’re a strong generalist engineer: comfortable across backend, frontend, and ML-adjacent tasks
• You have excellent communication skills and can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You think in terms of business outcomes
• You’re comfortable jumping into ambiguous problems and finding creative solutions fast
• You have experience in solutions engineering, growth engineering, or as a technical founder
• You care about how things are presented, not just whether they work – demo pacing, visual clarity, the narrative arc of a customer conversation

Responsibilities

• Embedding with customer teams to learn how their operations actually run – shadowing experts, mapping decision logic, and capturing the tribal knowledge that makes work correct
• Building and deploying agents tailored to each customer's systems, edge cases, and operational reality
• Owning the feedback loop: patterns you find in the field directly shape what we build into the platform
• Presenting the platform to customers and prospects with sharp narration and real design taste – sequencing demos around their specific workflows, making the value obvious, not just the features
