About The Position

AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer Hybrid | 12-Month Contract | Executive-Sponsored AI Transformation Initiative Build AI Solutions That Actually Reach Production Join a newly formed AI Transformation team focused on delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions that solve real business problems. This team sits at the intersection of business, product, and engineering, partnering directly with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and rapidly bring AI-powered solutions into production. This is not a research position and it's not a platform engineering role. You'll work directly with business leaders and product teams to uncover opportunities, build AI applications, and drive measurable outcomes across a large enterprise environment. If you're passionate about building AI agents and deploying production-grade solutions that create tangible business value, this is an opportunity to help shape how AI is adopted across an entire organization.

Requirements

AI Engineering
Experience building and deploying AI applications in production environments
Hands-on experience developing AI agents from scratch
Strong understanding of: Large Language Models (LLMs), Agent architectures, Prompt engineering, Context engineering, Agent orchestration frameworks
Experience building real-world solutions beyond proof-of-concept or experimentation
Software Engineering & Architecture
Strong software engineering experience with experience across the SDLC
Proficiency in Python and modern application development practices
Strong systems design and solution architecture capabilities
Ability to evaluate multiple approaches and determine the best implementation strategy
Business & Product Partnership
Experience working directly with business stakeholders, customers, or product teams
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong product mindset with a focus on business outcomes

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation
