About The Position

Accenture Flex is project-based work powered by Accenture. Forward Deployed Engineers organize deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across AI and technology platforms, facilitating solution design across the enterprise technology stack for integration with AI models and multi-provider platforms. The role serves as a subject matter expert, collaborates with and helps manage a team, takes responsibility for team decisions, engages with multiple teams, contributes to key decisions, and provides solutions to problems spanning multiple teams. The role requires expert proficiency in Custom Application Architectures. Advanced proficiency in Agentic Design is recommended, and advanced proficiency in Software Engineering, Business Process Analysis, and AI Agents and Workflow Integration is suggested. Work is 50% onsite per week with the client in Dallas, Texas, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing or eliminating travel demands.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Full Stack Java Native.
Exposure to AI and RAG, FDE culture, API development, AI Coding Agents, AI Foundry, LangGraph, Neo, and Vector Knowledge Graphs.
High school diploma or GED.
Expert proficiency in Custom Application Architectures.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine deployment strategies to optimize AI workflow integration across various platforms.
