About The Position

Professional Solutions, Inc. (PSCI) is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer & Trainer (FDET) to support a potential U.S. Marine Corps Reserve (MARFORRES) contract in New Orleans, Louisiana. The selected candidate will develop, deploy, and maintain advanced data engineering, artificial intelligence, and operational decision-support capabilities using Palantir Maven Smart System (MSS), Foundry, and AIP. This position is contingent upon Government contract award and authorization to proceed.

The role is onsite at Marine Corps Support Facility in New Orleans. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with core hours from 0700 to 1800. Occasional after-hours work, Reserve drill weekends, and CONUS travel as needed are specified. The pay rate is $80–$90 per hour.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification or higher.
• Demonstrated professional experience with Palantir Foundry, Maven Smart System (MSS), and AIP.
• Advanced Python and TypeScript skills, including Palantir Code Workspaces and Repositories.
• Proven Databricks and Apache Spark/PySpark experience.
• Expertise in enterprise ontology development and governance.
• Experience developing AIP Logic agents and human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
• Experience with Azure Government, SQL Server, and enterprise integration.
• Strong technical communication, troubleshooting, and training capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data pipelines using Python, Databricks, Apache Spark, and PySpark.
• Design and deploy applications using Palantir Maven Smart System, Foundry, and AIP.
• Develop and govern enterprise data ontologies.
• Build AI workflows, AIP Logic agents, and operational dashboards.
• Integrate data from Azure Government, SQL Server, and approved enterprise systems.
• Develop applications using Python and TypeScript.
• Provide hands-on technical training and support to Marine Corps personnel.
• Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Government personnel to implement mission-focused technical solutions.
