This person builds the solution and works with the business day to day inside a pod. The Solution Architect owns the design and the Engagement Manager owns the schedule, so this seat is focused on building well. Huron is redefining what a global consulting organization can be. Requirements

3 to 5 years building software or AI.
Python, and AWS or Azure.
A strong builder who is comfortable working with the business.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Some RAG and agent experience, plus exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling (agentic coding tools, eval-driven pipelines).
Meets the FDE-ready floor (Embedding L3 with AI L3) at day 0.
Front-end skills.
Healthcare or higher education exposure.
AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102.

Responsibilities

Build the features. Full-stack on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models.
Work with users. Sit with the business day to day and build with them.
Keep quality up. Tests and evaluations on everything that ships.
Take design direction. From the Solution Architect, and flag what the design misses.
