About The Position

Pagnotta Inc. is a mid-sized, full-service construction company specializing in concrete, general construction, and tower crane/hoist services, with active job sites across Western Canada. Our mission is to deliver value-added construction services by building strong partnerships with our clients throughout the construction process. We are hiring Formwork Carpenters for a full-time, year-round position in Kamloops, BC. Non-ticketed carpenters and apprentices are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Concrete formwork experience (required)
• Fall Protection (required)
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety
• Team-oriented, punctual, and reliable
• Physically fit, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn
• Strong manual dexterity

Nice To Haves

• High-rise construction experience (an asset)
• WHMIS 2015 – can be provided
• CSTS – can be provided

Responsibilities

• Build and strip walls, columns, and slabs
• Fly table forms
• Place vertical concrete
• Install temporary fencing, guardrails, handrails, and barriers
• Work alongside experienced supervisors and journeypersons
• Use a variety of shoring, scaffolding, and formwork systems
