About The Position

Under direction of the Area Manager, the Formulation Cost Center Lead is responsible for assisting on all duties related to the safe, profitable, environmentally sound and efficient operations of assigned Cost Center(s). Duties include working with and training personnel to operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, as well as oversees all procedures involved in the production area. The Cost Center Lead ensures all employees follow all procedures, GMPs, Safety, and Quality plans, along with ensures all employees are productive and competent in their respective roles. Assist with production reports (batch sheets, non-conformities, check sheets, lot alerts, daily reports, etc.). Encourage teamwork within the company. In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, helping turn raw materials into high-quality finished products for our customers. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
1 year or more of work experience in any industry
Basic computer and math skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Nice To Haves

1+ year of manufacturing work experience
Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Able to multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment
Ensures all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production process
Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
Collaborates and follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments
