About The Position

GM Performance Power Units, part of TWG Motorsports, is building the next generation of Formula 1 power units. Our mission is to deliver championship-caliber performance through advanced engineering and innovation, supporting General Motors’ entry and long-term success in Formula 1. We are looking for talented individuals to help shape GM’s journey in the most advanced motorsport in the world. Requirements

• Passion for Formula 1 and high-performance engineering
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, controls, or hybrid systems
• Ability to solve problems and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Drive to contribute to a new and ambitious Formula 1 program

Responsibilities

• Power Unit Engineering – Design, simulation, calibration, and validation of hybrid F1 power units (combustion, turbocharging, ERS, and control systems).
• Manufacturing & Build – Precision machining, dyno operation, and assembly of F1 hybrid engines.
• Program & Operations – Program planning, supply chain, logistics, and quality to enable a global championship effort.
